Please note. I am not a lawyer and this isn’t legal advice. If you use this ghostwriter agreement, it’s on you. You may want a lawyer to look it over. Having said that, I use this all the time but again, it’s up to you to do your due diligence. If you have a ghostwriter and don’t use an agreement, well, you probably don’t own your work. The first time this happened she was alerted by a Facebook message from another caring author.
